Tami holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is dedicated to continually reflecting on and growing her teaching practice. She strives to meet each child where they are through careful observation, listening, and reflection. Her approach is grounded in leading with love, intention, and compassion, while supporting play-based learning and social-emotional development. She recognizes each child’s unique temperament and developmental needs, helping them build strong observation and learning skills. Her goal is to build strong connections and provide a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported in becoming a confident, curious learner.

Teacher Tami will be teaching the pod of Orcas.

Jen is a former elementary teacher and school principal who brings both experience and heart to early childhood education. As a proud mom of three, she understands firsthand the importance of a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for young children. She believes in nurturing each child’s individuality while encouraging confidence, curiosity, and growth. She is deeply committed to partnering with families and creating a joyful space where children thrive.
